Every Karpadu rental can be checked at any time — no account, no password. Your reservation number and the email address you used when booking are all you need. This page is for viewing only: it shows the same details our team sees, so you can confirm everything before you travel.
It is in the confirmation email we sent right after your booking, at the top of the message next to your name. If you paid by card, the same number appears on the payment receipt. Search your inbox for “Karpadu” and check the spam folder before contacting us.
Pick-up and drop-off dates and times, the car group you booked, your insurance with its excess and deposit, any extras you added, the station address with directions to the meeting point, and the exact amount left to pay at the desk. Every Karpadu rental includes unlimited mileage, and your booking shows exactly whether a credit card or a deposit is needed at the desk.
Nothing here can be edited — the page only shows your booking. To change dates, times, extras or the car, or to cancel, contact our team with your reservation number and we will arrange it with the local rental company.
Check that the email matches the one used at booking — a different address will not find the reservation, even with the correct number. Bookings made through a travel agent or another platform are held under their reference, not ours.
